Piesele pentru care se solicita piesa veche la schimb benecifiaza de garantia generala oferita de catre Vanzator.

Pentru returnarea pieselor vechi la schimb, acestea trebuie sa indeplineasca urmatoarele conditii:

  • Piesa veche, in prealabil curatata si degresata, va fi returnata in ambalajul original al piesei noi
  • Piesa veche sa fie completa, fara a fi dezmembrata. Este indicat ca in momentul in care receptionati piesa noua, aceasta sa fie comparata si sa fie identica cu piesa veche la schimb, pentru a se trimite, impreuna cu piesa veche si eventuale produse aditionale
  • Filetele sa nu fie deteriorate, componentele interioare sa nu fie ruginite
  • Punctele de montare sa nu fie deteriorate si sa nu prezinte defecte mecanice
  • Carcasele sa nu prezinte fisuri sau deformari, componentele mobile sa nu fie blocate (axul electromotorului sau fulia sa nu fie blocate)
  • Piesa veche sa nu fie indoita sau rupta, sa nu prezinte semne de coroziune puternica
  • Codul de identificare a piesei vechi trebuie sa fie vizibil.

Piesele vechi returnate urmeaza sa fie trimise catre producatori pentru reconditionare, fapt pentru care sunt solicitate condiile de retur enumarete mai sus.
